| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sesar Kendeng salah satu sesar yang aktif di Indonesia yang merupakan lanjutan dari pegunungan serayu utara yang terbentuk di Jawa Tengah membentang hingga Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sesar Kendeng di segmen Purwodadi dengan menggunakan metode gravitasi. Pada penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi keberadaan serta jenis Sesar Kendeng dengan memanfaatkan metode analisis First Horizontal Derivative dan Second Vertical Derivative dan untuk mengetahui litologi permukaan menggunakan pemodelan 2D. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari citra satelit TOPEX. Hasil dari analisis derivative menunjukan pada Sesar Kendeng segmen Purwodadi adanya sesar turun(normal) yang memiliki arah barat daya-timur laut. Hasil dari pemodelan 2D menunjukkan bahwa daerah Sesar Kendeng segmen Purwodadi tersusun atas beberapa formasi batuan yaitu, endapan alluvium, anggota klitik, formasi kalibeng, formasi pelang dan formasi kerek. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Kendeng Fault is one of the active faults in Indonesia, representing the continuation of the northern Serayu Mountains formed in Central Java and extending eastward into East Java. This study focuses on the Kendeng Fault in the Purwodadi segment using the gravity method. The objective of this research is to identify the presence and type of the Kendeng Fault through First Horizontal Derivative and Second Vertical Derivative analyses, as well as to determine the surface lithology using 2D modeling. The data utilized in this study are secondary data derived from TOPEX satellite imagery. The derivative analysis indicates the existence of a normal fault in the Purwodadi segment of the Kendeng Fault, trending southwest–northeast. Furthermore, the 2D modeling results reveal that the Purwodadi segment of the Kendeng Fault is composed of several rock formations, namely alluvial deposits, Klitik Member, Kalibeng Formation, Pelang Formation, and Kerek Formation. |
