Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sawi yang populer di Indonesia, dan layak dibudidaykan. Pengaplikasian pupuk organik cair berbahan dasar urine kelinci yang diperkaya bahan organik berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formula, cara aplikasi dan dosis kombinasi POC urine kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Percobaan dilakukan di Lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang terdiri dari 10 taraf perlakuan. Perlakuan meliputi P0S0 = kontrol (tanpa POC), P0S0p kontrol petani, P1 = urine kelinci murni, P2 = urine kelinci + azolla, P3 = urine kelinci + trembesi, P4 = urine kelinci + kipahit, S1 = semprot dan S2 = kocor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan POC urine kelinci + trembesi dengan cara aplikasi kocor memberikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Dosisi pemberian POC 150 mL mampu memberikan hasil yang signifikan pada variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a popular type of mustard green in Indonesia. From an economic perspective, pakcoy is worth cultivating. The application of liquid organic fertilizer made from rabbit urine enriched with organic matter has the potential to increase the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This study aims to determine the formula, application method, and dosage of rabbit urine POC combinations on pakcoy plant growth and yield. The experiment was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture's experimental field using a non-factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 10 treatment levels. The treatments included P0S0 = control (without POC), P0S0p = farmer control, P1 = pure rabbit urine, P2 = rabbit urine + azolla, P3 = rabbit urine + trembesi, P4 = rabbit urine + kipahit, S1 = spray, and S2 = drench. The results showed that the treatment of rabbit urine + trembesi POC applied by drenching had an effect on the growth and yield variables of pakcoy plants. A POC dosage of 150 mL was able to produce significant results on the growth and yield variables of pakcoy plants
