Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap work engagement dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai DPUPR Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 174 responden, dengan teknik analisis regresi mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job demands berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, sedangkan job resources berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Selain itu, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement serta terbukti memediasi pengaruh job demands dan job resources terhadap work engagement. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan tuntutan kerja dan optimalisasi sumber daya kerja dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan keterikatan kerja pegawai sektor publik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the effect of job demands and job resources on work engagement, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable among employees of the Public Works and Housing Office (DPUPR) of Cilacap Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 174 respondents. The data were analyzed using mediation regression analysis. The results indicate that job demands have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job resources have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work engagement and is proven to mediate the relationship between job demands, job resources, and work engagement. These findings highlight the importance of balancing job demands and optimizing job resources to enhance job satisfaction and work engagement in the public sector. |
