| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Efisiensi turbin uap merupakan indikator utama kinerja pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi. Pada sistem Distributed Control System (DCS) PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Karaha, nilai efisiensi ditampilkan melalui modul Geothermal Performance Advisory Distributed Control System (GPADCS). Namun, ditemukan perbedaan antara nilai tersebut dengan hasil perhitungan manual berbasis standar termodinamika IAPWS-IF97, yang berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakakuratan evaluasi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan memvalidasi nilai efisiensi turbin dengan menghitung ulang data historis GPADCS menggunakan metode IAPWS-IF97 berbasis pemrograman Python. Hasil perhitungan diintegrasikan melalui protokol MQTT dan ditampilkan pada Human Machine Interface (HMI) berbasis Streamlit secara real-time. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan nilai efisiensi GPADCS, hasil perhitungan manual, serta deviasi efisiensi sebagai parameter validasi, dengan rentang ideal deviasi sebesar 5%–10%. Data historis disimpan dalam basis data MySQL untuk analisis performa turbin berdasarkan waktu tertentu. Sistem ini berfungsi sebagai pendukung monitoring yang independen tanpa memengaruhi sistem kontrol utama pembangkit. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Steam turbine efficiency is a key performance indicator in geothermal power plants. In the Distributed Control System (DCS) of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Karaha, turbine efficiency is displayed through the Geothermal Performance Advisory Distributed Control System (GPADCS). However, discrepancies were identified between the GPADCS values and manual calculations based on the IAPWS-IF97 thermodynamic standard, potentially leading to inaccurate performance evaluation. This study aims to validate turbine efficiency by recalculating historical GPADCS data using the IAPWS-IF97 method implemented in Python. The recalculated results are integrated via the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol and visualized on a Streamlit-based Human Machine Interface (HMI) in near real-time. The developed system presents both GPADCS efficiency values and manually calculated results, along with efficiency deviation as a validation parameter, where a deviation range of 5%–10% is considered ideal. Historical data are stored in a MySQL database to support time-based performance analysis. The system operates as an independent monitoring support tool without affecting the main control system. |
