| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Event “Dari Jeruji Besi Menjadi Inspirasi” merupakan kegiatan kampanye kehumasan yang diselenggarakan dengan tujuan mengikis stigma sosial terhadap mantan narapidana melalui pendekatan komunikasi berbasis event. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, Creative Director memiliki peran strategis dalam merancang konsep kreatif, mengemas pesan kampanye, serta memastikan konsistensi penyampaian pesan di seluruh rangkaian acara. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Creative Director dalam pelaksanaan event “Dari Jeruji Besi Menjadi Inspirasi” mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga pasca- event. Event digunakan sebagai pengarah media implementasi kampanye kehumasan, sementara Creative Director berperan sebagai pengarah utama konsep dan visual kampanye. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukan bahwa peran Creative Director berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun narasi acara yang inspiratif, humanis dan juga selaras dengan tujuan kampanye. |

Inggris) | The event "From Iron Bars to Inspiration" is a public relations campaign activity held with the aim of eroding social stigma against former inmates through an event-based communication approach. In the implementation of this activity, the Creative Director has a strategic role in designing creative concepts, packaging campaign messages, and ensuring consistency in message delivery throughout the series of events. This paper aims to describe the role of the Creative Director in the implementation of the event "From Iron Bars to Inspiration" starting from the planning stage to the post-event. The event is used as the media director for the implementation of the public relations campaign, while the Creative Director acts as the main director of the campaign concept and visuals. The results of the implementation show that the role of the Creative Director contributes significantly in building an inspiring, humanist event narrative that is also in line with the campaign objectives. |
