| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perkembangan teknologi di industri konstruksi mendorong penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital, yang diperkuat melalui Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 22 Tahun 2018 dan Nomor 1 Tahun 2020. Kondisi ini menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki kesiapan dan kompetensi BIM sesuai kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan BIM serta menilai kemampuan mahasiswa berdasarkan standar kompetensi entry level Autodesk Certified User (ACU) Autodesk Revit. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penyebaran dua kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.1.6 dan Microsoft Excel dengan metode Relative Importance Index (RII) dan Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2022–2024 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Tugas Gambar Struktur Bangunan (TGSB) serta memiliki pengalaman menggunakan aplikasi Autodesk Revit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh konstruk pada kuesioner faktor pendukung memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Terdapat delapan variabel yang mempengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan BIM, meskipun beberapa hubungan antar variabel tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penilaian kemampuan mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa bahwa 17 mahasiswa atau 10,9% dan 27 mahasiswa atau 17,3% yang memenuhi kriteria kelulusan dari banyaknya soal dengan simulasi ACU Autodesk Revit. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan strategi pembelajaran BIM di perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dan kompetensi mahasiswa. |

Inggris) | The rapid development of technology in the construction industry has accelerated the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as part of digital transformation, reinforced by Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Housing Regulations No. 22 of 2018 and No. 1 of 2020. This condition highlights the critical role of higher education institutions in preparing graduates with adequate BIM readiness and competencies aligned with industry demands. This study aims to identify the supporting factors influencing students’ readiness to implement BIM and to assess students’ competencies based on the entry-level Autodesk Certified User (ACU) Autodesk Revit standard. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed through the distribution of two questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.6 and Microsoft Excel, applying the Relative Importance Index (RII) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) methods. The respondents consisted of undergraduate civil engineering students at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from the 2022–2024 cohorts who had completed the Structural Drawing Assignment (TGSB) course and had experience using Autodesk Revit software. The results indicate that all constructs in the supporting factors questionnaire satisfied validity and reliability criteria. Eight variables were found to influence students’ readiness to implement BIM, although several inter-variable relationships were not statistically significant. The assessment of students’ abilities showed that 17 students (10.9%) and 27 students (17.3%) met the passing criteria based on the number of questions in the ACU Autodesk Revit simulation. These findings underscore the need to strengthen BIM learning strategies in higher education to enhance students’ readiness and competencies. |
