| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Efektivitas pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan informasi kinerja yang cepat, ringkas, dan akurat. Di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Ciamis, proses pelaporan serta analisis data kelembagaan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan dokumen dan spreadsheet yang tidak terintegrasi, sehingga menyulitkan pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian ini membangun platform DPRD Work Hub sebagai sistem operasional terintegrasi serta modul Executive Information System (EIS) berbasis Business Intelligence (BI) sebagai lapisan analitis. Implementasi BI dilakukan melalui proses Extraction, Transformation, dan Loading (ETL) untuk menyajikan 13 indikator kinerja utama (Key Performance Indicators) melalui dashboard visual interaktif. Modul EIS berhasil mengagregasi data strategis, di antaranya capaian Kepatuhan Lapor Reses sebesar 95,92%, monitoring 37 total aktivitas dewan, hingga visualisasi kesehatan fiskal dengan Total Realisasi Anggaran sebesar Rp 2,6 M. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototyping dengan arsitektur client–server, framework Laravel pada sisi back-end dan React.js (Inertia.js) pada sisi front-end. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi kebutuhan, sedangkan hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) memperoleh tingkat penerimaan pengguna sebesar 95,11%. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa sistem layak digunakan sebagai instrumen monitoring kinerja dan pendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis bagi pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Ciamis. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The effectiveness of the DPRD's oversight function relies heavily on the availability of fast, concise, and accurate performance information. In the Secretariat of the Ciamis Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), reporting and institutional data analysis processes are still conducted manually using non-integrated documents and spreadsheets, which complicates strategic decision-making for leadership. This research develops the DPRD Work Hub platform as an integrated operational system and the Executive Information System (EIS) module based on Business Intelligence (BI) as an analytical layer. The BI implementation is executed through Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes to present 13 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via interactive visual dashboards. The EIS module successfully aggregates strategic data, including a Reses Reporting Compliance rate of 95,92% monitoring of 37 total legislative activities, and fiscal health visualizations with a Total Budget Realization of IDR 2.6 billion. The system was developed using the Prototyping method with a client-server architecture, utilizing the Laravel framework on the back-end and React.js (Inertia.js) on the front-end. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate according to specifications, while the User Acceptance Test (UAT) yielded a user acceptance rate of 95.11%. These results demonstrate that the system is highly feasible for use as a performance monitoring instrument and a strategic decision-support tool for the leadership of the DPRD of Ciamis Regency. |
