Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja individu dengan Psychological Capital (PsyCap) sebagai variabel moderasi pada anggota Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap anggota BEM aktif periode 2025 melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Kepribadian diukur menggunakan model Big Five Personality, kinerja individu diukur berdasarkan indikator kinerja individual, serta PsyCap diukur melalui empat dimensi, yaitu self-efficacy, hope, optimism, dan resilience. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, dan Openness berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individu, sedangkan Neuroticism berpengaruh negatif. Selain itu, Psychological Capital terbukti memperkuat pengaruh positif sebagian besar dimensi kepribadian terhadap kinerja individu serta melemahkan pengaruh negatif Neuroticism. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa karakteristik kepribadian individu akan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap kinerja apabila didukung oleh tingkat psychological capital yang tinggi dalam konteks organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Inggris)This study examines the effect of personality traits on job performance with Psychological Capital (PsyCap) as a moderating variable among members of the Student Executive Board (BEM) at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from active BEM members in the 2025 period through proportional random sampling. Personality traits were measured using the Big Five model, job performance was assessed based on individual performance indicators, and PsyCap was measured through self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results indicate that Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Openness have a positive effect on job performance, while Neuroticism has a negative effect. Moreover, Psychological Capital strengthens the positive influence of most personality traits on job performance and weakens the negative effect of Neuroticism. These findings suggest that individual personality traits contribute more effectively to optimal performance when supported by strong psychological capital within student organizations
