Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Nilai rerata MCQ ujian komprehensif mahasiswa program pendidikan dokter tahap profesi (PPDTP) di FK UNSOED yang relatif rendah menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi kualitas instrumen penilaian melalui penilaian validitas konkuren dengan membandingkannya terhadap nilai MCQ UKMPPD sebagai tes standar nasional yang memiliki validitas tinggi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui korelasi antara rerata nilai MCQ ujian komprehensif mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Dokter Tahap Profesi (PPDTP) dengan nilai MCQ UKMPPD. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional-analitik dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 114 sampel data yang dipilih dengan total sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman untuk mengetahui korelasi antara Rerata Nilai MCQ Ujian Komprehensif mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Dokter Tahap Profesi (PPDTP) dengan Nilai MCQ UKMPPD. Hasil: Hasil uji Spearman menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif dengan kekuatan kuat antara rerata nilai MCQ Ujian Komprehensif dengan MCQ UKMPPD (p<0,001; ρ=0,655). Kesimpulan: terdapat korelasi antara rerata nilai MCQ Ujian Komprehensif Mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Dokter Tahap Profesi Dengan Nilai MCQ UKMPPD. |

Inggris) | Background: The relatively low mean MCQ scores of the comprehensive examination among clinical medical students (Program Pendidikan Dokter Tahap Profesi/PPDTP) at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman indicate the necessity to evaluate the quality of assessment instruments through concurrent validity by comparing them with the MCQ scores of the Indonesian Medical Doctor Competency Examination (UKMPPD), which is a national standard examination with high validity. Objective: This study aimed to determine the correlation between the mean MCQ scores of the comprehensive examination of clinical medical students (PPDTP) and the MCQ scores of UKMPPD. Methods: This study applied an observational-analytic method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 114 data samples were included using total sampling and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test to assess the relationship between the mean MCQ scores of the comprehensive examination and the MCQ scores of UKMPPD. Results: The Spearman correlation test shows a strong positive correlation between the mean MCQ scores of the comprehensive examination and the MCQ scores of UKMPPD (p<0,001; ρ = 0,655). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the mean MCQ scores of the comprehensive examination of clinical medical students and the MCQ scores of UKMPPD. |
