| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi struktur modal (pertumbuhan aset, struktur aktva, profitabilitas, leverage operasi dan pertumbuhan perjualan) dan pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2008-2011. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 33 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2008-2011. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset dan struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, dan leverage operasi dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to analyze the factors affecting capital structure (asset growth, structure of assets, profitability, operating leverage and sales growth) and the effect of capital structure on value of firm in the manufacturing company’s listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2011. The samples for this research were 33 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2011. Purposive sampling method was used to pick the samples of this research. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The result of this research indicate that asset growth, structure of assets had positive impact on capital structure, profitability had negative impact on capital structure, operating leverage and sales growth had no impact on capital structure. The other result indicates that capital structure had positive impact on value of firm. |
