| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan judul: “Pengaruh Harga Kedelai dan Harga Daging Ayam Terhadap Impor Kedelai Dengan Konsumsi Kedelai Sebagai Variabel Intervening Tahun 2022 sampai 2023”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh harga kedelai harga daging ayam konsumsi kedelai terhadap impor kedelai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Objek penelitian meliputi harga kedelai domestik, harga daging ayam domestik, konsumsi kedelai, impor kedelai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah negara Indonesia dengan rentang waktu penelitian dari tahun 2002 sampai 2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis R menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel harga kedelai domestik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi kedelai (2) variabel harga daging ayam domestik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi kedelai (3) harga kedelai domestik berpengaruh positif terhadap impor kedelai (4) harga daging ayam domestik berpengaruh positif terhadap impor kedelai (5 )konsumsi kedelai berpengaruh positif terhadap impor kedelai (6) harga kedelai domestik berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap impor kedelai (7) harga daging ayam domestik berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap impor kedelai. Berdasarkan uji goodness of fit bahwa model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini telah memenuhi kriteria statistik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan hubungan antar variable, baik yang lemah maupun yang kuat secara valid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah harus menjaga harga kedelai dan harga daging ayam agar tetap stabil, karena kenaikan harga keduanya memiliki dampak terhadap stabilitas harga kedelai. Diversifikasi protein, seperti pengembangan tanaman kedelai lokal, merupakan langkah strategis yang penting untuk mengurangi ketergantungan impor. |

Inggris) | This research is a quantitative study with the title: “The Effect of Soybean Prices and Chicken Meat Prices on Soybean Imports with Soybean Consumption as an Intervening Variable from 2022 to 2023”. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of soybean prices, chicken meat prices, soybean consumption on soybean imports both directly and indirectly. The objects of research include domestic soybean prices, domestic chicken meat prices, soybean consumption, soybean imports. The subject of this research is the country of Indonesia with a research time span from 2002 to 2023. Based on the results of research and data analysis using R analysis, it shows that (1) the domestic soybean price variable has a positive and significant effect on soybean consumption (2) the domestic chicken meat price variable has a positive and significant effect on soybean consumption (3) domestic soybean prices have a positive effect on soybean imports (4) domestic chicken meat prices have a positive effect on soybean imports (5) soybean consumption has a positive effect on soybean imports (6) domestic soybean prices have an indirect positive effect on soybean imports (7) domestic chicken meat prices have an indirect positive effect on soybean imports. Based on the goodness of fit test, the model used in this study has met the statistical criteria so that it can be used to analyze and interpret the relationship between variables, both weak and strong validly. The results of this study indicate that the government should keep soybean prices and chicken meat prices stable, as price increases of both have an impact on soybean price stability. Protein diversification, such as the development of local soybean crops, is an important strategic step to reduce import dependence. |
