Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang: Keberhasilan program Posyandu Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) salah satunya
bergantung pada kompetensi kader sebagai ujung tombak layanan. Namun, penguasaan 25
keterampilan dasar kesehatan oleh kader masih tergolong rendah, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman
yang lebih mendalam mengenai kondisi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran
peran serta keterampilan dasar kesehatan kader posyandu ILP di wilayah kerja Puskesmas
Baturraden II.
Metode: Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 136
kader aktif dari 6 desa diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan
kuesioner teruji validitasnya (s-CVI = 0,980) dan dianalisis secara univariat.
Hasil: Karakteristik mayoritas kader adalah ibu rumah tangga (84,6%), berpendidikan SMA
(46,3%), berusia rata-rata 44,7 tahun, dan berpengalaman >3 tahun (82,4%). Rata-rata tingkat
keterampilan kader adalah 57,88 (kategori sedang) dengan standar deviasi 14,072. Sebagian besar
kader (86,8%) memiliki keterampilan rendah meskipun seluruhnya telah mengikuti pelatihan ILP.
Keterampilan tertinggi pada pengelolaan posyandu (87,5%) dan komunikasi efektif (87,5%),
sedangkan terendah pada domain ibu hamil dan remaja, seperti penjelasan isi piringku remaja (64%)
dan penggunaan buku KIA (62,5%).
Kesimpulan: Peran kader Posyandu ILP dalam melaksanakan keterampilan dasar kesehatan belum
optimal dan tidak merata. Kesenjangan antara pelatihan dengan implementasi di lapangan
mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur, berkelanjutan, dan adanya
sistem rotasi tugas.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background: The success of the Integrated Primary Health Care (ILP) Posyandu program depends
among other things, on the competence of cadres as the spearhead of the service. However, cadres'
mastery of 25 basic health skills is still relatively low, requiring a deeper understanding of this
condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and basic health skills of ILP
Posyandu cadres in the working area of the Baturraden II Community Health Center.
Methods: This was a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 136
active cadres from 6 villages was taken using total sampling technique. Data were collected using a
validated questionnaire (s-CVI = 0.980) and analyzed univariately.
Results: The majority of cadres are housewives (84.6%), have a high school education (46.3%), are
44.7 years old on average, and have more than 3 years of experience (82.4%). The average skill
level of cadres is 57.88 (medium category) with a standard deviation of 14.072. Most cadres (86.8%)
have low skills despite all having participated in ILP training. The highest skills are in posyandu
management (87.5%) and effective communication (87.5%), while the lowest are in the domains of
pregnant women and adolescents, such as explaining the contents of the adolescent plate (64%) and
using the KIA book (62.5%).
Conclusion: The role of ILP Posyandu cadres in implementing basic health skills is not yet optimal
and is uneven. The gap between training and implementation in the field indicates the need for a
more structured, sustainable training approach and a task rotation system.
