Indonesia) | Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis otonomi daerah di Indonesia, menjadikan kinerja sebagai bagian yang sangat penting guna memberikan pertanggungjawaban atas pelaksanaan kerja organisasi yang berhak diketahui public. Kemampuan inovasi yang didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam menjalankan pekerjaan akan makin mendukung meningkatnya kinerja organisasi dengan memanfaatkan keberadaan Artificial Intelligence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan inovasi dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, menganalisis Artificial Intelligence memoderasi pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Serta menganalisis Artificial Intelligence memoderasi pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap Artificial Intelligence. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei (survey reaserch). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas Jumlah sampel penelitian dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin 144 orang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan Skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Artificial Intelligence mampu memoderasi pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Artificial Intelligence belum mampu memoderasi pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | The implementation of regional autonomy-based governance in Indonesia makes performance a crucial aspect in providing accountability for organizational work implementation, which the public has a right to know. Innovation capability, supported by the use of information technology in carrying out work, will further support improved organizational performance by leveraging Artificial Intelligence. This study aims to analyze the influence of innovation capability and information technology on organizational performance, analyze how Artificial Intelligence moderates the influence of innovation capability on organizational performance, and analyze how Artificial Intelligence moderates the influence of information technology on Artificial Intelligence. This study used a quantitative survey research method. The population in this study was all public health workers at the Banyumas Regency Health Office. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, with 144 participants selected using accidental sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares). The results show that innovation capability has a positive effect on organizational performance at the Banyumas Regency Health Office. Artificial Intelligence moderates the influence of innovation capability on organizational performance at the Banyumas Regency Health Office. Information technology has a positive impact on organizational performance at the Banyumas Regency Health Office. Artificial Intelligence has not been able to moderate the impact of information technology on organizational performance at the Banyumas Regency Health Office. |
