| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penyembuhan luka perineum dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya perawatan luka dan nutrisi pada masa postpartum. Banyaknya kejadian infeksi pada luka perineum dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dalam perawatan luka dan manajemen nutrisi pada masa postpartum. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum yang mengalami robekan perineum di Kedungbanteng pada periode July – Agustus 2025. Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Univariat menggunakan rumus Distribusi Frekuensi. Hasil Penelitian: Sebagian 50% responden memiliki pengetahuan tentang perawatan perineum kategori cukup, dan 90% responden memiliki pengetahuan tentang nutrisi kategori tingi. tentang perawatan perineum cukup dan 90% pengetahuan tenteng nutrisi tinggi. Seluruh responden berusia 20-35 tahun, mayoritas pendidikan SMA (50%), IRT (77%), primipara (53%), memiliki luka perineum derajat 1 (63%). Kesimpulan: Responden memiliki cukup pengetahuan tentang perawatan luka perineum sedangkan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi tinggi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The healing of perineal wounds is influenced by several factors, one of which is wound care and nutrition during the postpartum period. The high incidence of infection in perineal wounds can be attributed to mothers' lack of knowledge about wound care and nutritional management during the postpartum period. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were postpartum mothers who experienced perineal tears in Kedungbanteng during the period of July–August 2025. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling with a sample size of 30 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis with the frequency distribution formula. Result: 50% of respondents had adequate knowledge about perineal care, and 90% of respondents had high knowledge about nutrition. All respondents were aged 20-35 years, the majority had a high school education (50%), were housewives (77%), were primiparas (53%), and had grade 1 perineal tears (63%). Conclusion: Respondents had enough knowledge about perineal wound care and high nutritional knowledge. |
