| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian observasional deskriptif prospektif ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian dosis antihipertensi berdasarkan PNPK Tata Laksana Hipertensi Dewasa 2021 dan mengidentifikasi Efek Samping Obat (ESO) pada 97 pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. Metodologi melibatkan purposive sampling, pengambilan data dari wawancara dan Kartu Prolanis, evaluasi kesesuaian dosis, identifikasi ESO dengan Algoritma Naranjo, dan pengujian hubungan dosis-penurunan tekanan darah menggunakan Paired T-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien menggunakan regimen politerapi (60,82%) dan dosis antihipertensi secara umum (87,63%) telah sesuai dengan PNPK Tatalaksanan Hipertensi Dewasa Tahun 2021, meskipun 15,46% pasien mengalami ESO. Namun, analisis statistik Paired T-test menyimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan (p > 0,05) tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada pasien yang mendapatkan terapi hipertensi selama 1 bulan. |

Inggris) | This prospective descriptive observational study aimed to evaluate the appropriateness of antihypertensive drug dosages based on the 2021 National Clinical Practice Guideline (PNPK) for the Management of Adult Hypertension and to identify Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) among 97 outpatients at Purwokerto Selatan Community Health Center (Puskesmas). The methodology involved purposive sampling, data collection through interviews and Prolanis Cards, evaluation of dosage appropriateness, identification of ADEs using the Naranjo Algorithm, and testing the relationship between dosage and blood pressure reduction using a Paired T-test. The results indicated that the majority of patients used a polytherapy regimen (60.82%) and the antihypertensive dosages (87.63%) generally complied with the 2021 PNPK, although 15.46% of patients experienced ADEs. However, the statistical analysis using the Paired T-test concluded that there was no significant difference (p > 0.05) in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients who received hypertension therapy for 1 month. |
