| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Konsentrasi dan Interval Penyemprotan KNO3 terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Melon pada Hidroponik Dutch Bucket |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Produksi melon di Indonesia mengalami penurunan dalam tiga tahun terakhir mencapai 115.176 ton pada tahun 2021-2023. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penurunan produktivitas akibat teknik budidaya yang belum optimal. Pemberian KNO3 dengan konsentrasi dan interval yang tepat serta budidaya hidroponik dutch bucket dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil melon. Penelitian dilakukan di screenhouse Desa Pasir Kulon, Karanglewas, Banyumas pada bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi KNO3 7,5 g/L dengan interval aplikasi setiap 12 hari sekali merupakan interaksi terbaik antara perlakuan konsentrasi KNO3 dengan interval penyemprotan terhadap bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, bobot buah (1.396 g), dan bobot kering buah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Melon production in Indonesia has decreased over the last three years, reaching 115,176 tons in the 2021−2023 period. This is caused by a decline in productivity due to sub-optimal cultivation techniques. The application of KNO3 at the appropriate concentration and interval, along with dutch bucket hydroponic cultivation, can be a solution to increase melon growth and yield. This research was conducted in a sreenhouse in Pasir Kulon Village, Karanglewas, Banyumas, from May to August 2025. The results show that a KNO3 concentration of 7.5 g/L with an application interval of every 12 days is the best interaction between the KNO3 fertilizer concentration treatment and the application interval on shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, fruit weight (1,396g), and fruit dry weight. |
