| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kebijakan Sertifikasi Produksi Pangan (SPP-IRT) adalah kebijakan yang diwajibkan bagi produsen industri rumah tangga yang ada di seluruh daerah di Indonesia dan merupakan jaminan keamanan pangan bagi produk industri rumah tangga yang mempunyai tujuan memberikan pengaturan, pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap produsen industri rumah tangga. Pelaksanaan kebijakan ini mempunyai dampak yang disengaja ataupun dampak yang tidak disengaja, salah satu dampak yang disengaja adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas industri rumah tangga, produktivitas industri rumah tangga ini meliputi unsur-unsur efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, menarik untuk dikaji apakah Kebijakan SPP-IRT berdampak secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas industri rumah tangga di Purwokerto?. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan SPP-IRT (X) tidak berdampak secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas industri rumah tangga (Y). Dampak yang tidak signifikan ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diantaranya; kestabilan harga dan jumlah bahan baku di pasaran, tekanan dari perusahaan besar, jumlah permintaan dari konsumen. Maka, hipotesis kerja yang menyatakan kebijakan SPP-IRT berdampak secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas industri rumah tangga tidak diterima. Inggris) | Food Production Certification Policy (SPP-IRT) is a policy that required for domestic industry producers that exist in all regions in Indonesia and is a guarantee of food security for the household products industry which has the aim of setting, guidance and supervision of domestic industry producers. Implementation of this policy has the effect of deliberate or unintended impacts, one accidental impact is to increase the productivity of domestic industries, the productivity of the domestic industry includes the elements of efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. In connection with this matter, interesting to study whether the SPP policy-IRT significant impact on the productivity of domestic industries in Purwokerto?. The results showed that the SPP policy-IRT (X) does not have a significant impact on the productivity of domestic industry (Y). No significant impact is influenced by other factors including; stability of prices and quantities of raw materials in the market, pressure from large enterprises, the number of requests from consumers. Thus, the working hypothesis which states SPP-IRT policies have a significant impact on the productivity of domestic industries is not acceptable.
