| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi genteng dan menganasilis efisiensi baik secara teknis terhadap hasil produksi genteng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling. Objek penelitian ini yaitu di Kecamatan Jatiwangi Kabupaten Majalengka. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah semua pemilik usaha produksi genteng di Kecamatan Jatiwangi Kabupaten Majalengka. Jumlah sampel yang didapat yaitu 59 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis) menggunakan Frontier 4.1C. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) variabel bahan baku, modal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil produksi genteng di Kecamatan Jatiwangi, 2) variabel Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh negative terhadap hasil produksi genteng Kecamatan Jatiwangi. 3) nilai efisiensi teknis sebesar 0,99 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa industry genteng di Kecamatan Jatiwangi sudah efisien dalam penggunaan faktorfaktor produksi tersebut. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the results of tile production and analyze the efficiency both technically on tile production. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sampling method uses random sampling. The object of this research is in Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency. The population in this study is all tile production business owners in Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency. The number of samples obtained was 59 respondents. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis) using Frontier 4.1C. The results of this study show that: 1) the variables of raw materials, capital, labor, length of business have a positive and significant effect on the results of tile production in Jatiwangi District, 2) the variable of Education Level has a negative effect on the results of tile production in Jatiwangi District. 3) Technical efficiency value of 0.99 then it can be said that the tile industry in Jatiwangi District is efficient in using these production factors.
