Indonesia) | PT Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 5 Purwokerto hingga saat ini belum memiliki dokumen prosedur ketentuan bagasi dalam bahasa Mandarin, sehingga penumpang penutur bahasa Mandarin mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan mematuhi aturan sebelum melakukan perjalanan dengan kereta api. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan dokumen prosedur ketentuan bagasi berbahasa Mandarin yang mudah dipahami dan relevan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan penumpang terhadap layanan PT KAI. Proses penerjemahan menerapkan metode penerjemahan komunikatif untuk memastikan pesan dari teks sumber tersampaikan secara jelas, kontekstual, dan mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian berupa dokumen prosedur ketentuan bagasi berbahasa Mandarin yang dipublikasikan dalam dua bentuk, yaitu informasi digital melalui akun Instagram @ka1perjalananpwt dan buklet cetak yang tersedia di pusat informasi Stasiun DAOP 5 Purwokerto. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode penerjemahan komunikatif efektif dalam menyajikan informasi prosedur ketentuan bagasi yang sesuai konteks dan mudah diakses oleh penumpang penutur bahasa Mandarin. |

Inggris) | PT Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 5 Purwokerto does not yet provide baggage regulation documents in Mandarin, which causes Mandarin speaker passengers to experience difficulties in understanding and complying with the rules prior to train travel. This study aims to produce Mandarin language baggage regulation documents that are accessible and contextually relevant, thereby improving passenger satisfaction with PT KAI services. The communicative translation method was applied in the translation process to ensure that the meaning of the source text is delivered clearly, effectively, and in accordance with the context. The results of this study include Mandarin language baggage regulation documents published in two formats: digital information through the Instagram account @ka1perjalananpwt and printed booklets provided at the information center of DAOP 5 Purwokerto Station. The findings demonstrate that the application of the communicative translation method is effective in presenting clear and contextually appropriate information, thereby supporting the needs of Mandarin speaker passengers and contributing to better service quality at PT KAI (Persero) DAOP 5 Purwokerto. |
