Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kemangi (Ocimum basilicum L.) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman lokal yang memiliki aroma khas dan potensial untuk dikembangkan. Kasgot dan pemberian PGPR oleh Bio P60 (Pseudomonas fluorescens 60) berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil kemangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kasgot dan pemberian PGPR terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kemangi. Percobaan dilakukan di Lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama meliputi K0 = kontrol (tanpa kasgot), K1 = pupuk standar petani (150 kg N/ha + 150 kg P2O5/ha + 150 kg K2O/ha), K2 = 10 ton kasgot/ha + pupuk standar petani, K3 = 20 ton kasgot/ha + pupuk standar petani, K4 = 30 ton kasgot/ha + pupuk standar petani. Faktor kedua meliputi P0 = kontrol (tanpa Bio P60), P1 = perendaman benih oleh Bio P60, P2 = penyemprotan lahan oleh Bio P60. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara aplikasi kasgot dan pemberian PGPR. Aplikasi kasgot dan PGPR berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, luas daun, dan hasil kemangi. Dosis kasgot mulai 10 ton kasgot/ha sudah mampu memberikan hasil yang signifikan sebesar 14,42 ton/ha dan pemberian PGPR melalui perendaman benih mampu memberikan hasil 15,27 ton/ha.

The application of maggot frass and the provision of PGPR Pseudomonas fluorescens have the potential to enhance the growth and yield of basil. This study was aimed to determine the effect of maggot frass and PGPR application on the growth and yield. The experiment was conducted in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture using a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor includes K0 = control (without maggot frass), K1 = standard farmer fertilizer (150 kg N/ha + 150 kg P2O5/ha + 150 kg K2O/ha), K2 = 10 tons of maggot frass/ha + standard farmer fertilizer, K3 = 20 tons of maggot frass/ha + standard farmer fertilizer, K4 = 30 tons of maggot frass/ha + standard farmer fertilizer. The second factor includes P0 = control (without P. fluorescens), P1 = seed soaking with P. fluorescens, P2 = land spraying with P. fluorescens. The results of the study indicate that there is no Interaction between the application of maggot frass and the provision of PGPR. The application of maggot significantly affects plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, leaf area, and yield of basil. The application of PGPR also significantly affects plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, leaf area, and yield of basil. The maggot frass dose starting from 10 tons of maggot frass/ha was able to provide significant results of 14.42 tons/ha and the provision of PGPR through seed soaking was able to provide results of 15.27 tons/ha.
