| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Persalinan dengan tindakan sectio caesarea (SC) merupakan salah satu prosedur operasi mayor yang kerap dilakukan untuk menyelamatkan ibu dan janin. Namun, tindakan ini menimbulkan nyeri hebat pasca operasi, yang dapat menghambat proses pemulihan ibu. Penanganan nyeri paska SC umumnya menggunakan analgesik, tetapi penggunaannya memiliki risiko efek samping. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif nonfarmakologis seperti kompres hangat. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan inovasi kompres bantal hangat (Presbangat) sebagai metode yang diharapkan efektif, aman, dan nyaman untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post operasi SC. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Sectio caesarean (SC) delivery is one of the major surgical procedures often performed to save the mother and foetus. However, this procedure causes severe postoperative pain, which can hinder the mother's recovery process. Post-SC pain management generally uses analgesics, but their use carries the risk of side effects. Therefore, non-pharmacological alternatives such as warm compresses are needed. In this study, the innovation of warm pillow compress (Presbangat) is used as a method that is expected to be effective, safe, and comfortable to reduce pain in postoperative SC patients. |
