| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Perilaku dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Internal Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas ". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, perilaku dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor internal pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan pada Desember 2012 sampai Januari 2013 dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel jenuh atau metode sensus merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah 33 (tiga puluh tiga) orang yang bekerja sebagai auditor internal di Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas. Regresi linier berganda adalah alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian. Berdasarkan pada analisis statistik yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, perilaku, dan budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Auditor Internal pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | The research entitled “The Influence of Competence, Leadership Style, Behavior and Organizational Culture on Performance Internal Auditor at Inspectorate of Banyumas District”. The purposes of this research are to know the influence of competence, leadership style, beha vior and organizational culture on performance internal auditor at Inspectorate of Banyumas District. Primary data collecting is done on December 2012 to January 2013 with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Saturated sample or census method used to determine the respondents. The respondents of this research were 33(thirty three) people working as the internal auditor in Inspectorate of Banyumas District. Multiple linear regression is the analysis instrument which is used on the research. Based on the statistical analysis, can be conducted partially in mind that competence, leadership style, behavior, and organization cultural in a significant effect on Performance Internal Auditor at the Inspectorate of Banyumas District. |
