| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki 281,6 juta jiwa. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya persaingan kerja yang ketat. Berdasarkan data BPS per Agustus 2024, tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia mencapai 7,38% atau sejumlah 7.465.599 jiwa. Serta sejumlah 11,28% atau 842.378 jiwa merupakan lulusan D4, S1, S2, dan S3. Disusul dengan hasil pra-penelitian terhadap 20 mahasiswa hanya 35% mahasiswa yang memiliki intensi berwirausaha hal ini menunjukkan rendahnya intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (2) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Jumlah responden ysng diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 68 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (2) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (3) dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Indonesia is a country with a population of 281.6 million people. This has led to intense job competition. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as of August 2024, the unemployment rate in Indonesia reached 7.38%, or 7,465,599 individuals. Among them, 11.28% or 842,378 individuals are graduates of D4, S1, S2, and S3 programs. A preliminary study conducted on 20 university students revealed that only 35% of them have entrepreneurial intentions, indicating a low level of entrepreneurial intention among students.This study aims to examine and analyze: (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, (2) the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, and (3) the effect of social support on entrepreneurial intention. This is a quantitative study using a survey method involving students of the Economic Education program, class of 2021, 2022, and 2023, at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. The number of respondents involved in this study is 68. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling, with a total sample size of 68 students. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of students in the Economic Education program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of students in the Economic Education program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, and (3) social support has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of students in the Economic Education program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. |
