| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu penyakit akibat kerja yang sering terjadi pada perawat akibat postur kerja tidak ergonomis yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus. Apabila tidak ditangani, LBP dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan aktivitas hingga menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan low back pain pada perawat instalasi rawat inap III RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap III RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 94 responden. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi-square, analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil: Dalam penelitian ini faktor individu seperti usia, jenis kelamin dan IMT tidak mempengaruhi keluhan LBP, sementara faktor pekerjaan seperti masa kerja, durasi kerja, dan postur kerja mempengaruhi kejadian LBP pada perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap III RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto, dengan nilai p value: masa kerja (p=0,025), ), durasi kerja (p=0,005), dan postur kerja (p=0,000) Kesimpulan: Masa kerja, durasi kerja, dan postur kerja terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keluhan LBP pada perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap III RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Faktor paling dominan adalah postur kerja dengan nilai OR 7,571, yang menunjukkan bahwa perawat dengan postur kerja berisiko tinggi memiliki peluang 7,571 kali lebih besar mengalami LBP dibandingkan perawat dengan postur kerja berisiko sedang. Saran: Perawat disarankan agar lebih memperhatikan prinsip ergonomi dalam bekerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Low Back Pain (LBP) is a prevalent occupational health issue among nurses, primarily caused by sustained non-ergonomic working postures. If left untreated, LBP can lead to activity limitations and decreased productivity. This study aims to identify factors influencing LBP complaints among nurses in the Inpatient Ward of Geriatrics Unit and Abiyasa Pavilion at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital, Purwokerto. Methods: This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design. The research population comprised all nurses working in the inpatient ward of Geriatrics Unit and Abiyasa Pavilion at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital, Purwokerto. Data were collected through total sampling, with 94 respondents participating. Bivariate analysis was conducted using chi-square tests, while multivariate analysis utilized multiple logistic regression. Results: Significant factors affecting LBP included working posture (p=0.000), work duration (p=0.005), and years of service (p=0.025). Variables such as age, gender, and BMI showed no significant association with LBP complaints Conclusion Years of service, work duration, and working posture were identified as significant factors influencing LBP complaints among nurses. The most influential factor was working posture, with an OR value of 7.571, indicating that nurses with high-risk postures were 7.571 times more likely to experience LBP compared to those with moderate-risk postures.
