Indonesia) | Krisis migrasi yang terjadi di Uni Eropa pada tahun 2015, membawa persoalan yang serius bagi negara negara anggota Uni Eropa terkhusus di Yunani dan Italia, serta bagi Uni Eropa sendiri selaku organisasi regional. Situasi yang serius dengan jumlah pengajuan pengungsi yang sangat masif, mendorong Uni Eropa untuk bertindak cepat dalam menangani penumpukkan imigran di Italia dan Yunani. Keputusan untuk membagi beban imigran diatur sebagai jawaban. Namun Polandia hadir sebagai salah satu negara yang menolak kebijakan tersebut, terlepas dari keinginan untuk ikut juga menunjukkan solidaritas bersama. Penolakan yang sempat datang di pemerintahan Ewa Kopacz yang akhirnya menerima dan penolakan yang lebih ketat di masa Beata Syzdlo, menunjukkan aturan yang ditetapkan oleh Uni Eropa tersebut sangat diragukan akan keefektivitas mekanisme penerimaan pengungsi untuk dibagikan, dan kekhawatiran akan potensi ancaman keamanan nasional oleh imigran dengan jumlah besar yang masuk tanpa dikenali status jelasnya. Terlebih setelah terjadinya serangan terorisme di Paris dan Brussel. Sehingga berangkat dari hal ini Polandia menolak kebijakan relokasi imigran yang ditetapkan oleh Uni Eropa. |

Inggris) | The migration crisis that occurred in the European Union in 2015 posed serious problems for EU member states, particularly Greece and Italy, as well as for the EU itself as a regional organization. The serious situation, with a massive influx of refugees, prompted the EU to act quickly to deal with the accumulation of immigrants in Italy and Greece. The decision to share the burden of immigrants was formulated as a response. However, Poland emerged as one of the countries opposing this policy, despite its desire to also demonstrate solidarity. The initial rejection under the government of Ewa Kopacz, which eventually accepted the policy, and the stricter rejection under Beata Syzdlo, indicate that the rules set by the European Union are highly questionable in terms of the effectiveness of the mechanism for distributing refugees, and there are concerns about the potential threat to national security posed by large numbers of immigrants entering the country without their status being clearly identified. Especially after the terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels. Therefore, based on this, Poland has rejected the EU's immigrant relocation policy. |
