| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pola komunikasi yang membentuk kesepahaman makna adalah hal yang mutlak dalam setiap interkasi yang terjadi di setiap kesempatan. Hal ini tidak bisa dipisahkan dari peranan teori komunikasi di dalamnya ; Interaksi simbolik, komunikasi verbal, komunikasi kelompok, komunikasi instruksional, dan komunikasi antarpribadi. Begitu pula yang terjadi pada Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman, terjadinya pola komunikasi yang komplek antara pelatih drill and display dengan anggotanya telah melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk meneliti hal tersebut. Keinginan peneliti memiliki tujuan lain yakni ingin memcahkan permasalahan tersebut supaya dapat tercipta pola komunikasi yang lebih baik di kemudian hari, baik dalam hal teknis maupun non-teknis. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu kurang lebih satu setengah bulan, dengan metode kualitatif dan pengumpulan sample yang berasal dari Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman itu sendiri, yaitu : Pelatih drill and display dan anggota Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, perlu ditingkatkannya proses komunikasi dari pelatih drill and display dengan anggotannya. Selain itu peran pengurus internal juga sangat di butuhkan untuk menjembatani peranan pelatih kepada anggota. Di sisi lain, peningkatan intensitas komunikasi di luar sesi latihan juga perlu lebih di tingkatkan. Beberapa hal tersebut, sangat penting dilakukan, mengingat Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang bersal dari berbagai individu di Universitas Jendral Soedirman dengan berbagai karakter individu yang berbeda. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Communication patterns that make understanding the meaning is absolutely in every interaction that occurs at every opportunity. It can’t be separated from the role of communication theory in it; Interaction symbolic, verbal communication, group communication, instructional communication, and interpersonal communication. So it is with the Student Activity Unit Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman, the occurrence of complex patterns of communication between coaches and drill display by the members have been behind researchers to examine it. The desire of researchers has another purpose which is to suss out the problem in order to create better communication patterns in the future, both in terms of technical and non-technical. The research process carried out over approximately one and a half months, with qualitative methods and sample collection from the Student Activity Unit Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman itself, namely: Coach drill and display and a member of the Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman. Results from this study is that the communication needs of coaches leveling drill and display the members were. In addition, the role of internal board also is in need of bridging the role of coach to members. In other side, increasing the level of communication beyond the practice session also needs to be increased. Some of it is, is very important to do, given the Marching Band Student Activity Unit Marching Band Bahana Putra Soedirman is an activity that rise from various individuals in the General Soedirman University with a variety of different individual character. |
