Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kinerja pegawai berperan penting dalam menentukan kemampuan organisasi publik memberikan layanan optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumdam Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas yang menghadapi masalah keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran, rendahnya kualitas kerja, motivasi kurang, dan kepemimpinan yang belum sepenuhnya mengatasi kendala tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, baik parsial maupun simultan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan data dari kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 29 dengan korelasi Kendall’s τb, koefisien konkordansi Kendall W, dan regresi ordinal. Hasil menunjukkan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan (Chi-Square = 119,564; sig. 0,001), sedangkan Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh substansial (Chi-Square = 121,447; sig. 0,001). Disimpulkan perlunya kepemimpinan partisipatif, penghargaan prestasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Employee performance plays an important role in determining the ability of public organizations to provide optimal services. This research was conducted at Perumdam Tirta Satria, Banyumas Regency, which faces problems of delays, absenteeism, low work quality, lack of motivation, and leadership that has not fully overcome these obstacles. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. Quantitative methods were used with data from questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Analysis used SPSS 29 with Kendall's τb correlation, Kendall W concordance coefficient, and ordinal regression. The results showed that Leadership had a significant effect (Chi-Square = 119.564; sig. 0.001), while Work Motivation and Work Environment did not. Simultaneously, the three variables had a substantial effect (Chi-Square = 121.447; sig. 0.001). It was concluded that participative leadership, achievement awards, and a supportive work environment were needed.
