| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Permintaan kedelai di dalam negeri terus meningkat setiap tahun, sedangkan tingkat produksi belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Solusi peningkatan produksi kedelai yang rendah dilakukan dengan perluasan area penanaman kedelai melalui pemanfaatan lahan Inceptisol. Inceptisol pada umumnya memiliki sifat tanah yang kurang subur. Cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memperbaiki karakteristik kimia tanah melalui pemupukan kombinasi pupuk hayati dan pupuk N, P, K. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi pupuk hayati dan pupuk anorganik N, P, K terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai dan sifat kimia tanah Inceptisol, serta mengetahui dampaknya pemberian pupuk hayati terhadap pengurangan dosis N, P, K. Penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang terdiri dari 10 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu pH H2O, pH KCl, C Organik, KTK, N total, P tersedia, K tersedia, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan ANOVA pada taraf 5%. Apabila signifikan, dilakukan uji DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan kombinasi pupuk hayati dan pupuk N, P, K berpengaruh nyata terhadap komponen sifat kimia tanah yaitu C Organik dan N total. Pada pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 4 MST, tinggi tanaman saat panen, jumlah daun 8 MST, jumlah daun saat panen. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik P4 (100% NPK + 100% Pupuk Hayati) dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai. Sedangkan, kombinasi terbaik dalam meningkatkan sifat kimia tanah yaitu perlakuan P6 (75% NPK + 100% Pupuk Hayati). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Demand for soybeans in the country continues to increase every year, while production levels have not been able to meet these needs. The solution to increase low soybean production is to expand the soybean planting area through the utilization of Inceptisol land. Inceptisol generally has less fertile soil properties. The way that can be done is to improve soil chemical characteristics through fertilizing a combination of biofertilizers and N, P, K fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of using a combination of biofertilizers and inorganic N, P, K fertilizers on soybean plant growth and chemical properties of Inceptisol soil, and to determine the impact of applying biofertilizers on reducing the dose of N, P, K. The study used a non-factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) method consisting of 10 treatments and 3 replications. The observed variables were pH H2O, pH KCl, Organic C, CEC, total N, available P, available K, plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter. Observation data were analyzed with ANOVA at the 5% level. If significant, DMRT test was conducted at the 5% level. The results showed that the combined treatment of biological fertilizers and N, P, K fertilizers had a significant effect on the components of soil chemical properties, namely Organic C and total N. On the growth of soybean plants can increase plant height 4 weeks after harvest, plant height at harvest, number of leaves 8 weeks after harvest, number of leaves at harvest. The best treatment combination P4 (100% NPK + 100% Biofertilizer) in increasing the number of leaves at harvest. The best treatment combination is P4 (100% NPK + 100% Biofertilizer) in increasing soybean plant growth. Meanwhile, the best combination in improving soil chemical properties is treatment P6 (75% NPK + 100% Biofertilizer). |
