Indonesia) | PT Visi Arlion Internasional merupakan perusahaan pengolah produk turunan kelapa yang menghadapi permasalahan keterlambatan produksi, pengiriman, dan ketidakpastian persediaan akibat sistem make to order. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan persediaan serta menghitung jumlah produksi dan biaya persediaan optimal menggunakan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah produksi optimal sebesar 178,8 cbm, maksimum persediaan 16,44 cbm, serta total biaya persediaan Rp35,81 miliar per tahun, lebih rendah dibanding biaya aktual Rp82,39 miliar per tahun. Penerapan EPQ mampu menghemat biaya sebesar Rp46,58 miliar per tahun dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta ketepatan pengiriman. |

Inggris) | PT Visi Arlion Internasional is a coconut derivative processing company that faces problems of production delays, delivery delays, and inventory uncertainty due to its make-to-order system. This study aims to analyze inventory management and calculate the optimal production quantity and inventory cost using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method. The research employed a case study with a descriptive quantitative approach through interviews, observations, documentation, and relevant secondary data. The results show that the optimal production quantity is 178.8 cbm, the maximum inventory is 16.44 cbm, and the total inventory cost is IDR 35.81 billion per year, which is lower than the company’s actual cost of IDR 82.39 billion per year. The application of the EPQ method can save IDR 46.58 billion annually and improve both efficiency and delivery accuracy. |
