| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada penelitian ini akan dikonstruksi model SICPN yang dimodifikasi untuk penyebaran word of mouth dengan pengaruh brand community. Pada model tersebut populasi dibagi menjadi lima subpopulasi, yaitu suspectible (subpopulasi individu yang merupakan calon pembeli potensial atau sebagai target pasar), infected (subpopulasi individu yang membeli produk), community (subpopulasi individu yang menjadi anggota komunitas), positive (subpopulasi individu anggota komunitas yang memberikan komentar positif), dan negative (subpopulasi individu anggota komunitas yang memberikan komentar negatif). Penyelesaian model dicari secara kualitatif dengan menganalisis perilaku model di sekitar titik kesetimbangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hanya mempunyai satu titik kesetimbangan dan titik tersebut bersifat stabil asimtotis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In this research, the modified SICPN model will be constructed for the spread word of mouth which is influenced by the brand community. Population in this model is divided into five sub-populations, namely susceptible (sub-population of individuals being potential buyers or market targets), infected (sub-population of individuals who buying products), community (sub-population of individuals being members of the community), positive (sub-population of members community members giving positive comments), and negative (the subpopulation of members of the community giving negative comments). The solution of the model is given qualitatively by analyzing the behavior of the model around the equilibrium point. The result shows that there is only one equilibrium point and this point is asymptotically stable. |
