| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai invensi formula genre detektif yang terdapat pada novel series Galileo karya Keigo Higashino yang berjudul Yougisha X no Kensin dan Seijo no Kyuusai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan adanya invensi formula dalam pola yang menyusun novel detektif series Galileo karya Keigo Higashino. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi simak dan catat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teori Formula genre John G. Cawelti. Hasil dari penelitihan menunjukan adanya invensi formula detektif pola tindakan yang memiliki enam fase dan empat tokoh diantaranya, (1) pengenalan detektif, (2) kejahatan dan kunci, (3) investigasi, (4) pengungkapan solusi, (5) penjelasan solusi, dan (6) kesudahan (akhir). Selanjutnya, untuk empat tokoh tersebut diantaranya adalah (1) tokoh korban, (2) tokoh pelaku kriminal, (3) tokoh detektif dan (4) mereka yang terancam oleh kejahatan, namun tidak mampu menemukan solusi. Selanjutnya, ditemukan invensi pada fase kunci dan kejahatan dan penjelasan solusi. Selain itu, invensi juga ditemukan pada tokoh pelaku kriminal dan tokoh detektif. Bentuk invensi yang terjadi pada novel detektif series Galileo adalah pengembangan dari teori formula detektif yang dijelaskan Cawelti. Invensi dapat terjadi sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman. Invensi dianggap sebagai cara penulis untuk memasukan ide kreatif dalam karya sastra. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study examines the detective genre formula invention found in Keigo Higashino's Galileo series novels entitled Yougisha X no Kensin and Seijo no Kyuusai. This study aims to identify the formulaic invention in the patterns that compose Keigo Higashino's Galileo series detective novels. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method with data collection techniques of listening and note taking. The data obtained were analyzed using John G. Cawelti's genre formula theory. The results of the research show the invention of the detective action pattern formula which has six phases and four characters including, (1) introduction of the detective, (2) crime and key, (3) investigation, (4) solution disclosure, (5) solution explanation, and (6) denouement (end). Furthermore, the four characters include (1) the victim character, (2) the criminal character, (3) the detective character and (4) those who are threatened by the crime, but unable to find a solution. Furthermore, invention was found in the key phase and the crime and solution explanation. In addition, invention is also found in the criminal character and detective character. The form of invention that occurs in the Galileo series of detective novels is inconsistent with the detective formula theory described by Cawelti. Invention can occur in line with the times. Invention is considered as a way for writers to include creative ideas in literary works. |
