| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan praktik kerja ini berjudul “Detention as Immigration Administrative Actions: an Informational Video at Cilacap Class I Immigration Office”. Praktik kerja dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2024 hingga 06 Desember 2024. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membuat video informasi dalam bahasa Inggris di lingkungan kantor imigrasi yang merupakan instansi pemerintah, serta untuk memahami berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi selama proses pembuatannya dan solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan praktik kerja, telah berhasil diproduksi sebuah video informasi berbahasa Inggris. Atas persetujuan dari pihak Kantor Imigrasi, video tersebut kemudian dipublikasikan melalui media sosial resmi milik instansi. Video tersebut berisi informasi terkait kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seksi Inteldakim. Video informasi dibuat melalui tahap awal berupa pengumpulan data dengan berbagai metode, kemudian tahap penyusunan skrip, lalu diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Inggris, pengambilan video, proses editing video, mengisi voice over.Dalam proses pengambilan video informasi, beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi berupa penyesuaian terhadap informasi yang diperbolehkan untuk dipublikasikan oleh pihak kantor imigrasi. Untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi, dilakukan konsultasi dengan para pegawai dan pihak kantor imigrasi. Hal ini membantu kelancaran proses praktik kerja dan manfaat dari praktik kerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This job training report is entitled “Detention as Immigration Administrative Actions: an Informational Video at Cilacap Class I Immigration Office”. The job training was carried out from August 26, 2024 to December 06, 2024. The purpose of this activity was to produce an informational video in English within the immigration office, which is a government agency, as well as to identify the various obstacles encountered during the production process and the solutions that could be applied to overcome them.During the implementation of the job training activities, an English-language informational video was successfully produced. With the approval of the Immigration Office, the video was subsequently published through the agency’s official social media platforms. The video contains informations related to activities carried out by the Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement Section (Inteldakim). The information video was made through the initial stage of data collection using various methods, then the script preparation stage, then translated into English, video shooting, video editing process, filling the voice over. In the process of taking video information, several obstacles were encountered in the form of adjustments to the information allowed to be published by the immigration office. To overcome the obstacles faced, consultations were carried out with employees and the immigration office. This helped smooth the process of job training and the benefits of job training |
