| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indeks saprobik merupakan metode pembuktian dugaan terjadinya pencemaran perairan oleh polutan organik yang dapat diketahui berdasarkan keberadaan plankton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pencemaran perairan Waduk Sempor ditinjau berdasarkan indeks saprobik plankton. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September dan Desember 2024 di 8 stasiun dengan metode random sampling. Sampel plankton kemudian dianalisis menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman, indeks kemerataan, indeks dominansi, dan indeks saprobik. Sebanyak 15 spesies plankton diperoleh di Waduk Sempor tersusun atas, 4 spesies dari kelas Bacillariophyceae, 3 spesies dari kelas Chlorophyceae, 3 spesies dari kelas Cyanophyceae, 1 spesies dari kelas Dinophyceae, 1 spesies dari kelas Euglenophyceae, 1 spesies dari kelas Trebouxiophyceae, dan 2 spesies dari kelas Zygnematophyceae. Nilai kelimpahan total pada bulan September sebesar 9.578 ind/L dan pada bulan Desember sebesar 18.991 ind/L. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman berkisar antara 1,03-2,12, indeks kemerataan berkisar antara 0,38-0,78, indeks dominansi berkisar antara 0,16-0,46. Nilai indeks saprobik berkisar antara -0,25-1,5. Tingkat pencemaran Waduk Sempor berdasarkan indeks saprobik termasuk ke dalam pencemaran ringan hingga sedang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Saprobic index is a method of proving the alleged occurrence of water pollution by organic pollutants that can be known based on the presence of plankton. This study aims to determine the level of pollution of Sempor Reservoir waters based on the saprobic index of plankton. This research was conducted in September and December 2024 at 8 stations using random sampling method. Plankton samples were then analyzed using diversity index, evenness index, dominance index, and saprobic index. A total of 15 species of plankton were obtained in Sempor Reservoir, consisting of 4 species from the Bacillariophyceae class, 3 species from the Chlorophyceae class, 3 species from the Cyanophyceae class, 1 species from the Dinophyceae class, 1 species from the Euglenophyceae class, 1 species from the Trebouxiophyceae class, and 2 species from the Zygnematophyceae class. The total abundance value in September was 9,578 ind/L and in December was 18,991 ind/L. Diversity index values ranged from 1,03-2,12, evenness index ranged from 0.38-0.78, dominance index ranged from 0.16-0.46. Saprobic index values ranged from -0.25-1.5. The pollution level of Sempor Reservoir based on saprobic index is included in light to moderate pollution |
