| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Undang-Undang Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 merupakan regulasi penting yang mengatur berbagai aspek pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk praktik kefarmasian. Mahasiswa farmasi sebagai calon apoteker perlu memahami isi undang-undang ini untuk dapat menjalankan peran profesional secara tepat dan sesuai ketentuan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan persepsi mahasiswa farmasi terhadap Undang-Undang Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, serta menganalisis hubungan antara jenis kelamin, angkatan, dan status mengikuti mata kuliah Perundang-Undangan dan Etika dengan tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan melibatkan 100 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan isi undang-undang. Responden dipilih berdasarkan teknik proporsional sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi menggunakan uji rank spearman dan koefisien kontingensi (Cramér’s V). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup, dan 93% memiliki persepsi positif terhadap Undang-Undang Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023. Ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara angkatan (p = 0,025; r = 0,224) serta status mengikuti mata kuliah Perundang-Undangan dan Etika (p = 0,041; r = 0,204) dengan tingkat pengetahuan. Selain itu, terdapat korelasi antara pengetahuan dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap undang-undang tersebut (p = 0,028; r = 0,219). Secara keseluruhan, mahasiswa farmasi memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan persepsi yang positif terhadap Undang-Undang Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Health Law Number 17 of 2023 is an important regulation governing various aspects of healthcare services, including pharmacy practice. Pharmacy students, as prospective pharmacists, need to understand the contents of this law to be able to carry out their professional roles appropriately and in accordance with legal provisions. This study aims to describe pharmacy students' knowledge and perceptions of Health Law Number 17 of 2023 and to analyze the relationship between gender, academic year, and status in the Legislation and Ethics course and students' level of knowledge. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and involved 100 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire compiled based on the contents of the law. Respondents were selected using a proportional sampling technique. Data were analyzed descriptively and then continued with correlation tests using the Spearman rank test and contingency coefficient (Cramér's V). The results showed that 43% of respondents had sufficient knowledge, and 93% had a positive perception of Health Law Number 17 of 2023. A significant relationship was found between class (p = 0.025; r = 0.224) and status of taking the Legislation and Ethics course (p = 0.041; r = 0.204) with the level of knowledge. In addition, there was a correlation between students' knowledge and perception of the law (p = 0.028; r = 0.219). Overall, pharmacy students had sufficient knowledge and a positive perception of Health Law Number 17 of 2023. |
