| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Di era globalisasi dan Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat, inovasi menjadi elemen penting untuk mendorong keberlanjutan dan efisiensi di berbagai sektor. Sebagai salah satu bentuk respons terhadap kebutuhan tersebut, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman memerlukan sebuah Sistem Informasi Inovator yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Inovator Unsoed dengan menggunakan metode Agile Development. Dalam pengembangannya, digunakan framework Next.js untuk membangun aplikasi berbasis web dan PostgreSQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna melalui iterasi berkelanjutan sesuai prinsip Agile, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan (planning) hingga evaluasi (review). Sistem ini memungkinkan pengelolaan data inovator, mitra, dan inovasi secara otomatis, aman, dan mudah diakses melalui antarmuka berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan black-box testing, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik dan mampu memenuhi skenario penggunaan (use case) yang telah ditentukan. |

Inggris) | In the era of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is marked by increasingly intense competition, innovation plays a vital role in promoting sustainability and efficiency across various sectors. As a response to these demands, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman requires an integrated Innovator Information System. This study aims to design and develop the Innovator Information System for Unsoed using the Agile Development methodology. The system is developed using the Next.js framework for building the web-based application and PostgreSQL as the database management system. The development process emphasizes meeting user needs through continuous iterations based on Agile principles, starting from the planning phase to the review phase. The system enables automated, secure, and accessible management of data related to innovators, partners, and innovations through a web-based interface. The black-box testing results indicate that the system functions properly and fulfills the predefined use case scenarios. |
