| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sektor pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Wonosobo, salah satunya melalui subsektor perkebunan teh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja pertanian, luas lahan panen teh, dan jumlah produksi teh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2008 hingga 2022 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan first difference untuk mengatasi permasalahan stasioneritas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan namun negatif terhadap PDRB sektor pertanian. Luas lahan panen teh memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, menunjukkan pentingnya pemanfaatan lahan secara optimal. Sementara itu, jumlah produksi teh tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB sektor pertanian, diduga karena terbatasnya volume produksi serta minimnya nilai tambah yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar pemerintah daerah fokus pada peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja dan pengelolaan lahan yang lebih efisien, serta mendorong pengembangan hilirisasi produk teh untuk meningkatkan kontribusinya terhadap PDRB sektor pertanian.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economy of Wonosobo Regency, particularly through the tea plantation subsector. This study aims to analyze the influence of agricultural labor, harvested tea land area, and tea production volume on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Wonosobo Regency. The research uses secondary data from 2008 to 2022, obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Wonosobo Regency. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression with a first difference approach to address data stationarity issues. The results show that the number of agricultural workers has a significant but negative effect on the GRDP of the agricultural sector. The harvested tea land area has a positive and significant influence on GRDP, indicating the importance of optimal land use. Meanwhile, tea production volume does not have a significant impact on agricultural GRDP, possibly due to limited production volume and low added value. Based on these findings, it is recommended that local governments focus on improving the quality of the labor force and optimizing land management, as well as promoting the downstream development of tea products to enhance their contribution to the agricultural GRDP.
