| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan praktik kerja berjudul "Creating an Information Booklet about Passenger Transport Unit in PT KAI DAOP 5" disusun berdasarkan praktik kerja lapangan yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Agustus - 22 November 2024 di PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. Tujuan dari praktik kerja ini adalah untuk membuat buklet dalam dua bahasa, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, yang berisi informasi mengenai Unit Angkutan Penumpang. Isi buklet mencakup visi dan misi, tujuan, latar belakang, serta program pemasaran dari Unit Angkutan Penumpang sebagai upaya untuk menarik perhatian mitra kerja. Dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan ini, penulis menggunakan empat metode, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan praktik langsung. Metode observasi dilakukan pada minggu pertama praktik kerja lapangan, yang bertempat di Kantor PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. Metode wawancara dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang lebih mendalam. Penulis mewawancarai Bapak Heri Bastian selaku Manajer Unit Angkutan Penumpang guna memperoleh data dan informasi yang relevan sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan isi buklet. Metode dokumentasi mencakup pengumpulan foto, catatan lapangan, serta hasil diskusi dengan staf Unit Angkutan Penumpang. Semua dokumen tersebut kemudian disusun secara sistematis dan dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam penyusunan buklet. Selain itu, penulis juga menerapkan metode praktik langsung dengan menggunakan lima tahapan dalam model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Dalam proses pembuatan produk, penulis menghadapi beberapa kendala. Salah satu kendala utama adalah terbatasnya waktu untuk melakukan observasi. Selain itu, penulis juga mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan isi dari booklet, terutama dalam memilih informasi yang relevan dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembuatan buklet. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan waktu observasi, penulis melakukan pencarian informasi tambahan melalui internet yang berkaitan dengan Unit Angkutan Penumpang dan PT KAI DAOP 5. Solusi lainnya adalah menjadwalkan waktu observasi yang lebih fleksibel, menyesuaikan dengan ketersediaan waktu narasumber. Sementara itu, untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam menentukan isi booklet, penulis melakukan diskusi langsung dengan Manajer Unit Angkutan Penumpang guna memperoleh referensi yang tepat dan dibutuhkan. |

Inggris) | The job training report entitled “Creating an Information Booklet about Passenger Transport Unit in PT KAI DAOP 5” was prepared based on field job training report that was carried out on August 19 - November 22, 2024 at PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. The purpose of this job training report is to create a booklet in two languages, namely Indonesian and English, which contains information about the Passenger Transport Unit. The content of the booklet includes the vision and mission, purpose, background, and marketing programs of the Passenger Transport Unit as an effort to attract the attention of partners. In the implementation of this field job training report, the author used four methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and direct practice. The observation method was carried out in the first week of field job training report, which took place at the PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto Office. The interview method was carried out to collect more in-depth information. The author interviewed Mr. Heri Bastian as the Passenger Transport Unit Manager in order to obtain relevant data and information as a basis for preparing the content of the booklet. The documentation method included the collection of photos, field notes, and the results of discussions with Passenger Transport Unit staff. All documents were then systematically organized and used as references in the preparation of the booklet. In addition, the author also applied the hands-on method by using the five stages in the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the process of making the product, the author faced several obstacles. One of the main obstacles was the limited time to conduct observations. In addition, the author also experienced difficulties in determining the content of the booklet, especially in selecting information that was relevant and in accordance to the purpose of making the booklet. Due to to the limited observation time, the author searched for additional information via the internet related to the Passenger Transport Unit and PT KAI DAOP 5. Another solution was to schedule a more flexible observation time, adjusting to the availability of the source's time. Meanwhile, to overcome the difficulties in determining the content of the booklet, the author cunduct direct consultations with the Passenger Transport Unit Manager to obtain the right and necessary references. |
