| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kasus pernikahan dini, HIV, dan narkotika menjadi kasus-kasus yang periu mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas karena jumlahnya yang masih tinggi. Guna mengatasi kasus-kasus tersebut, pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas melalui Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlidungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) turut menyelenggarakan program yang ditujukan bagi remaja seperti program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) dan membentuk organisasi Forum Generasi Berencana (GenRe). Pada pelaksanaan Program GenRe oleh Forum Genre, terdapat diseminasi informasi yang menjadi salah satu proses dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Program GenRe. Proses diseminasi menjadi proses penting untuk memperkenalkan Program GenRe kepada siswa-siswi SMA se-wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi target utama program ini. Disamping itu, data dari penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan 68% siswa-siswi SMA se-wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas tidak pernah mendapatkan informasi mengenai program Generasi Berencana (Genre). Literatur yang digunakan pada kajian ini berdasarkan topik kajian yang memiliki tema penerapan proses diseminasi dalam suatu kasus. Kajian ini memiliki model kajian studi kasus intrinsik dengan validitas data triangulasi sumber Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis diseminasi informasi Generasi Berencana (GenRe) yang dilakukan DPPKBP3A Kabupaten Banyumas, mengkaji faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan diseminasi informasi Program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) yang dilakukan Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlidungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil dari penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses diseminasi informasi Program GenRe telah dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yakni tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan output pelaksanaan diseminasi. Disamping itu, ditemukan pula faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan yang jika mendapat perhatian khusus dari DPPKBP3A Kabupaten Banyumas dapat menjadikan pelaksanaan proses diseminasi informasi pada Program GenRe menjadi lebih baik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cases of early marriage, HIV, and narcotics are cases that require special attention from the Banyumas Regency government because the number is still high. To address these cases, the Banyumas Regency government through the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A) also organizes programs aimed at adolescents such as the Generation Planning (GenRe) program and forms the Generation Planning (GenRe) Forum organization. In the implementation of the GenRe Program by the Genre Forum, there is information dissemination which is one of the processes in supporting the implementation of the GenRe Program. The dissemination process is an important process to introduce the GenRe Program to high school students throughout the Banyumas Regency area who are the main targets of this program. In addition, data from previous research shows that 68% of high school students in the Banyumas Regency area have never received information about the Generation Planning (GenRe) program. The literature used in this study is based on the study topic that has the theme of applying the dissemination process in a case. This study uses an intrinsic case study model with data validity based on source triangulation. This study aims to analyze the dissemination of Generation Planning (GenRe) information conducted by the Banyumas Regency Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A). The study also examines the supporting and inhibiting factors in the dissemination of information on the Generation Planning (GenRe) Program, conducted by the Banyumas Regency Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A). The results of this study indicate that the information dissemination process for the GenRe Program has been carried out through three stages: planning, implementation, and output. Furthermore, supporting and inhibiting factors were identified, which, if given special attention by the Banyumas Regency DPPKBP3A, could improve the dissemination process for the GenRe Program. |
