| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penerapan kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan ekowisata di Desa Ketenger, Kabupaten Banyumas, dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada praktik kearifan lokal yang relevan dalam konteks ekowisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat bentuk kearifan lokal memegang peran penting: gotong royong, penghormatan kepada leluhur, petunjuk dari leluhur dan alam, serta rasa memiliki atau handarbeni. Penerapan nilai-nilai ini tidak hanya terbatas pada pemuka adat, tetapi juga diimplementasikan oleh Koperasi Multi Pihak (KMP) Mitra Jenggala Sejahtera dan para pekerja ekowisata. Meskipun demikian, cakupan penerapannya masih dominan di kalangan individu yang terlibat langsung dalam ekowisata, dan belum terinternalisasi secara menyeluruh di masyarakat luas. Menanggapi hal ini, pemuka adat secara proaktif menyosialisasikan kearifan lokal melalui teladan dan bimbingan langsung kepada masyarakat yang menunjukkan minat. Selain itu, untuk mendorong peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, KMP secara konsisten menyosialisasikan program ekowisata melalui forum musyawarah dari tingkat RT/RW hingga desa, dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan warga dan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka sebagai penerima manfaat ekowisata. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The application of local wisdom in ecotourism development in Ketenger Village, Banyumas Regency, was analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. This research focuses on relevant local wisdom practices within the ecotourism context. The findings indicate that four forms of local wisdom play significant roles: gotong royong (mutual cooperation), respect for ancestors, guidance from ancestors and nature, and the value of sense of ownership/belonging (handarbeni). The implementation of these values is not limited to customary leaders but is also practiced by the Multi-Stakeholder Cooperative (KMP) Mitra Jenggala Sejahtera and ecotourism workers. However, its application remains predominantly among individuals directly involved in ecotourism and has not yet been thoroughly internalized within the broader community. Therefore, customary leaders proactively disseminate this local wisdom by setting examples and providing direct guidance to community members who show interest. Furthermore, to encourage increased community participation, KMP consistently socializes the ecotourism program through consultative forums from the RT/RW (neighborhood/community unit) level up to the village level. This is primarily aimed at fostering citizen involvement and enhancing the economic welfare of the community as ecotourism beneficiaries. |
