| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara penerapan prinsipprinsip good corporate governance dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintahan di Satuan Kinerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas secara parsial. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner ke manajer tingkat atas dan menengah di Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah se- Kabupaten Banyumas dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 252 responden. Partial Least Square digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini . Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah bahwa 1) penerapan prinsip-prinsip good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintahan dan 2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintahan. |

Inggris) | The study aimed to examine the effect of the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance and organizational commitment to the performance of government officials in governmental sector in Banyumas, partially. The method of this research is explanatory survey with the saturated method. The data collecting was carried out by spreading questionnaires to top manager and middle manager in every governmental unit of Banyumas with the total sample is 252 respondents. Partial Least Square used as the instrument of this research. The conclusion of research are 1) implementation of the principles of good corporate governance has no influence to the performance of government officials in governmental sector and 2) organizational commitment has positive influence and significant to the performance of government officials in governmental sector. |
