Indonesia) | Perkembangan dunia usaha yang pesat dan dinamis memerlukan perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dan mengelola faktor-faktor internal serta eksternal yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital, ESG performance, leverage, dan business strategy terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan mempertimbangkan peran moderasi dari business strategy dalam hubungan antara intellectual capital dan ESG performance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI pada periode 2021-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital, leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Business strategy juga terbukti memoderasi pengaruh positif ESG performance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara intellectual capital, ESG performance, leverage, dan business strategy dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, serta implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk lebih fokus dalam pengelolaan intellectual capital dan ESG untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan saran untuk penelitian lanjutan dengan memperluas cakupan sektor dan periode observasi yang lebih panjang. |

Inggris) | The rapid and dynamic development of the business world requires companies to continuously innovate and manage both internal and external factors that can enhance firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, ESG performance, leverage, and business strategy on firm value, while also considering the moderating role of business strategy in the relationship between intellectual capital and ESG performance on firm value. A quantitative explanatory approach was used in this study, with data collected from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies listed in the ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI index for the 2021–2023 period. The results indicate that intellectual capital and leverage have a significant positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, business strategy is proven to moderate the positive effect of ESG performance on firm value. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the understanding of the relationship between intellectual capital, ESG performance, leverage, and business strategy in enhancing firm value, as well as practical implications for companies to focus more on managing intellectual capital and ESG performance to improve competitiveness and firm value. This study also offers suggestions for future research by expanding the sectoral scope and extending the observation period. |
