| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Konsumsi energi listrik di Indonesia meningkat cukup tinggi sejak 2017, mencapai 1.285 kWh/kapita pada 2023, membuatnya memerlukan sistem pemantauan yang baik dan efisien. Smart meter berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan sistem komunikasi LoRaWAN digunakan di Perusahaan X untuk memantau konsumsi energi melalui Telkom IoT Platform. Namun, dalam penggunaannya terdapat kendala dalam konektivitas pengiriman datayang nantinya data tersebut akan digunakan untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menganalisis performa pengiriman data menggunakan metode Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) berdasarkan standar LoRa Alliance®, Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) dan Quality of Service (QoS) yang mencakup packet loss dan delay sesuai standar ITU.T G1010. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai RSSI berkisar antara -90 dBm hingga -105 dBm kategori ”Bagus”, SNR berkisar 5,25 dB - 7,85 dB sesuai dengan standar LoRa, namun packet loss mencapai 9,72% - 15,97% tidak memenuhi standar ITU.T G1010, dan delay rata-rata 5 detik berada dalam kategori "Preferred" menurut standar ITU.T G1010. |

Inggris) | Electric energy consumption in Indonesia has been increasing since 2017, reaching 1,285 kWh/capita by 2023, making it necessary to have a good and efficient monitoring system. Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart meters with LoRaWAN communication system are used in Company X to monitor energy consumption through Telkom IoT Platform. However, in its use there are obstacles in the connectivity of sending data which will be used for further analysis. This research analyzes data transmission performance using Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) method based on LoRa Alliance® standard, Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Quality of Service (QoS) which includes packet loss and delay according to ITU.T G1010 standard. The results showed that the RSSI value ranged from -90 dBm to -105 dBm in the “Good” category, SNR ranged from 5.25 dB - 7.85 dB according to the LoRa standard, but packet loss reached 9.72% - 15.97% not meeting the ITU.T G1010 standard, and the average delay of 5 seconds was in the “Preferred” category according to the ITU.T G1010 standard. |
