| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji kesenjangan antara harapan institusi dan pilihan karier lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNSOED, yang diperkuat oleh persepsi ketidaksiapan mahasiswa untuk menjadi guru. Bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh magang kependidikan, kompetensi digital, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru, penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 81 mahasiswa yang telah menempuh mata kuliah magang kependidikan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa magang kependidikan, kompetensi digital, dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Namun, magang kependidikan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sementara kompetensi digital dan efikasi diri secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar mahasiswa mengoptimalkan magang, meningkatkan kompetensi digital, dan efikasi diri. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi perlu meninjau ulang kualitas magang, memperkuat kurikulum dan fasilitas digital, serta memaksimalkan kegiatan peningkatan efikasi diri. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNSOED diharapkan mendukung dengan menyediakan infrastruktur digital, mendorong penelitian lanjutan, dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi dengan sekolah mitra. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research addresses the disparity between institutional expectations and the career choices of graduates from the Economics Education Study Program at UNSOED, further supported by the perceived unpreparedness of active students to become teachers. The study aims to analyze the influence of teaching internships, digital competence, and self-efficacy on the readiness of students to become teachers. This quantitative research, utilizing a survey approach, was conducted in the 2024/2025 academic year at the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNSOED. Data was collected via questionnaires from 81 students who had completed the teaching internship course, and analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results indicate that teaching internships, digital competence, and self-efficacy collectively have a positive and significant influence on the readiness of Economics Education students to become teachers. However, teaching internships alone did not show a significant partial influence, while digital competence and self-efficacy individually had a positive and significant partial influence. This study presents implications for the development of prospective teachers in Economics Education at UNSOED. Students are encouraged to optimize their internship experiences and enhance their digital competence and self-efficacy, as these three aspects are essential for preparing them to face educational challenges. The Economics Education Study Program needs to respond by designing an integrated curriculum that simultaneously improves students' internship experiences, digital competence, and self-efficacy; reviewing the quality of the internship program; strengthening digital curriculum and facilities; and maximizing activities that boost self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNSOED is expected to support by providing digital infrastructure, encouraging further research related to graduate readiness, and facilitating collaborations with partner schools to ensure the relevance of internships and career information. |
