| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji reduktase dan pH pada susu mastitis sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan celup puting iodin 1%. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Sumbang dengan sampel sebanyak 21 sapi setelah penghitungan dengan metode Slovin yang terdiri dari kelompok ternak Lembu Sejati, Tirto Margo Utomo dan Tirto Margo Mukti. Perlakuan pada penelitian adalah pemberian celup puting menggunakan iodin 1% setiap setelah pemerahan. Celup puting iodin 1% dilakukan selama 7 hari. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah uji reduktase dan pengukuran pH. Hasil kelompok Lembu Sejati, rataan uji reduktase sebelum dan setelah celup puting adalah 2,2 jam dan 3,4 jam, dan hasil uji pH sebelum dan setelah celup puting adalah 6,8 dan 6,7. Hasil kelompok Tirto Margo Mukti, rataan uji reduktase sebelum dan setelah celup puting adalah 2 jam dan 3 jam, dan hasil uji pH sebelum dan setelah celup puting adalah 6,8 dan 6,6. Hasil kelompok Tirto Margo Utomo, rataan uji reduktase sebelum dan setelah celup puting adalah 2 jam dan 4,8 jam, dan hasil uji pH sebelum celup puting dan setelah adalah 7 dan 6,7. Hasil uji t reduktase berpengaruh sangat nyata dengan nilai sebesar 0,001 sehingga (P<0,05). Hasil analisis uji t pH berpengaruh sangat nyata dengan nilai sebesar 0,003 sehingga (P<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah perlakuan celup puting iodin 1% selama 7 hari dapat memperpanjang masa simpan uji reduktase dan menurunkan pH dalam kisaran normal SNI 2011. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of the study was to assess reductase and pH in mastitis milk before and after being treated with 1% iodine teat dip. The study was conducted in the Sumbang Subdistrict with a sample of 21 cows after calculation with the Slovin method consisting of Lembu Sejati, Tirto Margo Utomo and Tirto Margo Mukti farming groups. The treatment in the study was teat dipping using 1% iodine. Teat dip was performed for 7 days. The tests carried out were MBRT and pH. The results for the Lembu Sejati group, the average reductase test before and after teat dipping were 2.2 hours and 3.4 hours, and the pH test results before and after teat dipping were 6.8 and 6.7. For Tirto Margo Mukti group results, the average reductase test before and after teat dipping were 2 hours and 3 hours, and the pH test results before and after teat dipping were 6.8 and 6.6. For Tirto Margo Utomo group results, the average reductase test before and after teat dipping were 2 hours and 4.8 hours, and the pH test results before and after teat dipping were 7 and 6.7. The results of the reductase t test had a very significant effect with a value of 0.001 so that (P <0.05). The results of the pH t test analysis had a very significant effect with a value of 0.003 so that (P <0.05). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn is the treatment of 1% iodine nipple dip for 7 days can extend the shelf life of the reductase test and reduce the pH within the normal range of the 2011 SNI. |
