| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Curah hujan merupakan faktor penting dalam sektor pertanian, terutama di wilayah agraris seperti Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Ketidakpastian curah hujan akibat perubahan iklim berdampak besar terhadap keberhasilan produksi padi, sehingga diperlukan metode peramalan yang akurat. Salah satu metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) yang memiliki beberapa model, di antaranya model Chen dan model Cheng. Penelitian ini membandingkan kedua model tersebut dalam meramalkan data curah hujan bulanan Kabupaten Banyumas dari Januari 2020 hingga Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai RMSE pada model Cheng sebesar 0,13, sedangkan pada model Chen sebesar 0,18. Dengan demikian, model Cheng memberikan hasil peramalan yang lebih baik dibandingkan model Chen. Nilai ramalan curah hujan untuk Januari 2025 menggunakan model Cheng adalah 345,76 mm. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Rainfall is an important factor in the agricultural sector, especially in agrarian areas such as Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province. The uncertainty of rainfall due to climate change has a significant impact on the success of rice production, so an accurate forecasting method is needed. One of the forecasting methods used is Fuzzy Time Series (FTS), which has several models, including the Chen model and the Cheng model. This study compares the two models in forecasting monthly rainfall data for Banyumas Regency from January 2020 to December 2024. The results show that the RMSE value for the Cheng model is 0.13, while for the Chen model it is 0.18. Thus, the Cheng model provides more accurate forecasting results compared to the Chen model. The rainfall forecast value for January 2025 using the Cheng model is 345.76 mm. |
