| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penuaan kulit dapat dipercepat oleh paparan sinar UV sehingga diperlukan produk perawatan yang mengandung antioksidan. Bunga telang dan daun teh hijau memiliki antioksidan kuat yang berpotensi menjadi sediaan tabir surya. Sediaan lotion dipilih karena tidak berminyak, mudah dibersihkan dan mudah menyebar rata sehingga memiliki daya tarik estetika yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan lotion kombinasi ekstrak bunga telang dan daun teh hijau serta mengevaluasi aktivitas antioksidan dan nilai Sun Protection Factor (SPF) nya menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Sediaan lotion dibuat dalam 3 formula dengan perbandingan konsentrasi ekstrak bunga telang (1%, 3%, dan 5%) serta daun teh hijau 1%. Sediaan diuji sifat fisik (organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, viskositas, daya sebar, daya lekat) dan uji stabilitas freeze thaw. Evaluasi sifat fisik dan stabilitas sediaan dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dan uji nilai SPF sediaan lotion dianalisis secara statistik. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Skin aging can be accelerated by UV exposure, so skincare products containing antioxidants are needed. Butterfly pea flowers and green tea leaves have strong antioxidants that have the potential to be sunscreen preparations. The lotion preparation was chosen because it is non-greasy, easy to clean and easy to spread evenly so that it has a high aesthetic appeal. This study aims to formulate a combination lotion of butterfly pea flower extract and green tea leaves and to spread its antioxidant activity and Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The lotion preparation was made in 3 formulas with butterfly pea flower extract concentrations (1%, 3%, and 5%) and 1% green tea leaves. The preparation was tested for physical properties (organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, spreadability, adhesion) and freeze thaw stability tests. Evaluation of physical properties and stability was carried out descriptively quantitatively. The antioxidant activity test and SPF value test of the lotion preparation were described statistically. |
