| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bantuan langsung tunai merupakan pemberian uang tunai dari pemerintah baik bersyarat maupun tidak bersyarat yang khusus diberikan kepada masyarakat miskin di setiap daerah atau desa. Kelurahan desa Paseban menjadi salah satu daerah yang mempraktikan program tersebut, namun pada penerapannya ada permasalahan yang terjadi seperti belum adanya mekanisme kriteria yang belum jelas untuk masuk kedalam alternatif pilihan dan cara penilaian yang objektif, sehingga dapat menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial bagi masyarakat yang tidak menerima. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem perankingan secara otomatis untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) digunakan untuk menghitung nilai skor dalam menentukan peringkat penerima bantuan berdasarkan bobot kriteria sistematis dengan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) yang diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework laravel serta DBMS MySQL, Dari data penerima tahun 2024 didapatkan skor akhir tertinggi 0.0943. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, transparan, efisien dan mengurangi subjektivitas dalam penentuan penerima bantuan. |

Inggris) | Direct Cash Assistance is the provision of cash by the government, either conditionally or unconditionally, specifically intended for impoverished communities in each region or village. The Paseban Village Administrative Office is one of the areas implementing this program. However, in its implementation, several issues have arisen, such as the absence of clear criteria mechanisms for selecting alternatives and the lack of an objective evaluation method, which can lead to social jealousy among residents who do not receive the assistance. Therefore, an automated ranking system is needed to address these issues. In this study, the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is used to calculate score values in determining the ranking of recipients based on systematic criterion weighting using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The system is implemented as a web-based application using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database management system, From the 2024 recipient data, the highest final score was 0.0943. The results of this study indicate that the proposed method is capable of producing decisions that are more objective, transparent, efficient, and able to reduce subjectivity in the selection of aid recipients. |
