| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul “Pembuatan Video Sejarah dan Benda Koleksi Museum Nasional Indonesia Berbahasa Mandarin Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Pelayanan Wisata.” Kegiatan praktik kerja dilaksanakan pada November 2022 sampai dengan April 2023. Latar belakang praktik kerja ini didasari oleh banyaknya wisatawan Tiongkok yang datang ke Museum Nasional Indonesia tetapi belum tersedia informasi sejarah dan benda koleksi yang mendukung Bahasa yang digunakan para wisatawan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan praktik kerja ini adalah menghasilkan video sejarah dan benda koleksi berbahasa Mandarin sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan wisata terhadap wisatawan Tiongkok di Museum Nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam pengumpulan data yaitu, metode observasi, metode dokumentasi, metode jelajah internet, dan metode studi pustaka. Dalam pembuatan transkrip video, penulis menggunakan metode penerjemahan komunikatif. Metode ini bertujuan memudahkan wisatawan Tiongkok memahami informasi yang disampaikan pada video. Hasil penerjemahan transkrip video berbahasa Mandarin diubah dalam bentuk lisan menggunakan teknik voice over dan penambahan subtitle berbahasa Mandarin. Hasil video diserahkan ke Museum Nasional Indonesia dan ditampilkan di dalam museum. |

Inggris) | This final project report is entitled "Making a Video of the History and Collections of the National Museum of Indonesia in Mandarin as an Effort to Improve Tourism Services." The work practice activity was carried out from November 2022 to April 2023. The background of this work practice is based on the large number of Chinese tourists who come to the National Museum of Indonesia but there is no historical information and collections that support the language used by these tourists. The purpose of this work practice activity is to produce a video of history and collections in Mandarin as an effort to improve tourism services for Chinese tourists at the National Museum of Indonesia. The methods used by the author in collecting data are the observation method, documentation method, internet browsing method, and library study method. In making the video transcript, the author uses the communicative translation method. This method aims to make it easier for Chinese tourists to understand the information conveyed in the video. The results of the translation of the Mandarin video transcript were changed into oral form using voice over techniques and the addition of Mandarin subtitles. The video results were submitted to the National Museum of Indonesia and displayed in the museum. |
