| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Unit Pembekalan Alat Kesehatan dan Farmasi (UPKF) Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu distribution centre dibawah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas yang menyediakan alat kesehatan dan farmasi untuk 40 puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan pemenuhan permintaan UPKF pada tahun 2024 hanya sebesar 50%, yang artinya masih banyak permintaan obat dari puskesmas yang tidak dapat dipenuhi atau stockout. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan persediaan obat menggunakan Multi Unit Spares Inventory Control - Three Dimensional Approach (MUSIC 3D) dengan pendekatan Analisis ABC (Always, Better, Control), VEN (Vital, Essential, Non-Essential), dan FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-Moving). Setelah diketahui tingkat prioritas obat tertinggi, kombinasi prioritas terpilih dilakukan pengendalian persediaan menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) untuk menjadwalkan permintaan dari 40 Puskesmas kepada supplier. MUSIC 3D mengkategorikan 213 jenis obat kedalam 20 kategori, selanjutnya dipilih satu kategori tertinggi yang digunakan dalam menentukan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan obat-obatan. Kategori yang berada pada peringkat tertinggi adalah kategori AVS yang meliputi 2 jenis obat yaitu Amoxicillin 125mg/5ml Sirup dan Amoxicillin 500mg. Dua jenis obat yang ini yang menjadi fokus utama dalam pengendalian persediaan menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP). Metode DRP menghasilkan jadwal pemesanan kepada supplier untuk item obat prioritas tertinggi sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan dari 40 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2025. |

Inggris) | The Banyumas Regency Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical Supply Unit (UPKF) is a distribution center under the Banyumas District Health Office that supplies medical equipment and drugs to 40 health centers in Banyumas District. Initial observations show that only 50% of UPKF's needs can be met in 2024, which means that there are still many requests from Puskesmas that cannot be fulfilled or are in stock. It is therefore necessary to plan the stock of medicines using the three-dimensional approach of Multi Unit Spares Inventory Control (MUSIC 3D) with the analysis approaches ABC (Always, Better, Control), VEN (Vital, Essential, Non-Essential) and FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-Moving). Once the highest priority level of the drug is known, the selected priority combination is used to plan the requirements of 40 Puskesmas to the suppliers using the DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) method. MUSIC 3D categorized 213 types of drugs into 20 categories and then selected the highest category to be used in determining the inventory control policy for drugs. The highest categorized category is the AVS category, which includes two types of medicines, namely Amoxicillin 125mg/5ml Syrup and Amoxicillin 500mg. These two types of medicines are the focus of inventory control using the DRP method (Distribution Requirement Planning). The DRP method generates an order plan for the supplier for the medicines with the highest priority. |
