| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Resepsi sastra adalah respons atau tanggapan pembaca terhadap suatu karya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat resepsi dan tanggapan pembaca berdasarkan teori resepsi Segers. Responden dalam penelitian ini yakni 200 siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, berdasarkan aspek intelektual, resepsi siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga terhadap utas Sewu Dino karya Simpleman berkategori tinggi (79%), sedang (14%), dan rendah (5,75%). Kedua, berdasarkan aspek emosional diantaranya kategori tinggi (64,5%), sedang (31,9%), dan rendah (3,5%). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Literary reception is the reader's response to a work of literature. This research aims to determine the level of reception and readers' responses based on Segers' reception theory. The respondents in this study were 200 students of class XII of SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study are as follows. First, based on the intellectual aspect, the reception of class XII students of SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga towards the Sewu Dino thread by Simpleman is categorized as high (79%), medium (14%), and low (5.75%). Second, based on the emotional aspect, the categories are high (64.5%), medium (31.9%), and low (3.5%). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that XII grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Purbalingga can understand the story structure, language, theme, and conflict in the thread. Students also received the thread well and felt the tension from the conflict that was built. |
